Through conservative spending and strong financial management, the resources from this proposal funded the personnel and equipment needs promised.

 

Those needs included saving the jobs of six Firefighters, purchasing a tanker and a brush fire unit, as well as replacing the parking lot at Firehouse #1 that had deteriorated to the point of it being dangerous to walk on.

 

At the time of passage in 2019, the District identified the funds would sustain our operations until approximately 2024.
